We provide a year-round box office and call center solution for an ongoing concert, boxing, and contest line up for a full service entertainment casino. Within our system, they uses multiple different seating venues, with multiple configurations and a varying number of pick-your-own-seat maps. We operate their on-site box office for all of the events that includes sales, will call and customer service related resolution all events on an annual basis. We also provide the software and hardware components to their concierge department to process sales in an outlet format.
